Maine Snowmobile Vacation Package: January thru March- This base snowmobile vacation package includes 3 nights of cabin lodging in our cabin suite featuring a king bed, 2 snowmobiles for 2 days, and a snowmobile base gear package. This winter vacation adventure package is designed to provide you with the best possible snowmobile experience. We supply the trail info, map, instructions, and gear bib overalls, boots, gloves, and helmet. Prices for 2 start at $1325. Posted cabin rental rates do not include 7% lodging tax unless vacation package price specifies
50% deposit required for reservations made 30 days in advance, if within 30 days, the full amount is required
Vacation Package Prices subjet to change, Confirmed price at time of reservation will be honored with a signed agreement for services.
30-day cancellation policy- Refunds are subject to a $35.00 handling fee

Arrival and Departure

Three-night minimum on holiday weekends
Three night minimum stay during July, August with set arrival / departure days, and 5 night during Vacation Weeks
Maine vacation rental agreement will be sent to you for review prior to check-in
Cabin rental agreement must be signed and returned within 7 business days
Check-ins: Are scheduled between 3pm and 6pm Monday - Saturday and 3pm and 5pm on Sundays. We are unable to accommodate earlier check-ins
Check-out: 10am. Housekeeping on check-out day begins 10:15am
No refunds for early departure or occupancy changes

Guest Travel Advisory
4- Wheel drive vehciles are reccommended all season long for off road touring adventures through the forests. Due to the likelihood of snow during winter months, we strongly advise our winter guests to drive here in a 4WD or AWD vehicle with good tires! The private road to our Cozy Moose cabins has some inclines, and though the road is plowed and sanded, it can be difficult at times to get around without a 4WD vehicle. (This is Maine, after all!)

Four-wheel-drive vehicles are available for rent from the rental companies listed on our "How to Get Here" page.
